Good isn’t enough.  I strive to provide a high level of quality in everything I do in order to exceed expectations and continually raise the bar.

My word means something to me. My actions are aligned with my words.  I will do what I say I will do without fail.

Responsiveness
My goal is to not only meet the needs of my organization, users or clients but to anticipate them. I attempt to understand the challenges that each face and I try to develop plans that addresses future needs.

Accountability
I expect to be held responsible for the specific duties that go along with the given task at hand. I demand of myself that I am consistent in doing the right thing in all aspects of my life.

Collaboration
I do not pretend to know everything. There are times when I can share with others and others can share with me. It is this process that allows for individuals to leverage their strengths to achieve a goal.
